I can't even pick a best girl. They're all best.
I can promise you that every main character will live to the end of the series
Hayashida wouldn't have bothered showing Natsuki with Ton in the Shadow Realm if people weren't going to get resurrected
They're not really dead, only mostly dead
Question is why he's even back in the first place. All the different personas of Ai might have come back, but Kai killed the rest in the room with the caskets. Formaldehyde Kaiman might alive just because his head was preserved away from the body itself.
Best page of the series, right here
I enjoyed doro but i would give it average 6/10. Now this is real deal.
Finished 129, could somebody explain Aikawa/Kaiman and Risu situation to me. This shit keeps going back and forth and its grating to hell.
From what i got Aikawa wanted to become a magic user but failed hard resulting in a lot of shit going down now. Him and Risu became friends and he killed him, no reasoning yet. Risu curse did some shit and with Ebisu potion resulted in now Kaiman.
>implying this isn't what OP wanted all along
Somehow manages to be better than the vast majority of manga despite being only 5 volumes long and old as shit.
Ai wanted to become a magic user, and he was operated on to that end. This resulted in his body becoming able to produce Smoke. However, something happened, either a side-effect of the experimental surgery or a consequence of him dipping his head in the magical refuse running through Hole, that split his personality into at least three (Ai, Aikawa, and Kai). Kaiman may have manifested at the same time, but it seems he only appeared after Curse got to Kai. Curse was sealed in Kai's body when Kai cast an enchantment on himself, and it is at this point that Kaiman seems to have manifested and become the dominant persona.
I wish we could have a dorohedoro thread with our favorite art and pages
Impossible, such a thing couldn't exist
>no reasoning yet
Risu told Aikawa what magic he had, and in doing so told Kai what magic he had. Kai wanted that magic for himself and killed Risu to get it. Before Kai could extract the devil from Risu's head, Curse appeared and started fucking Kai's shit up.
What confuses me most is how was he able to be risus friend from school and be the cross eyes leader at the same time? There's also the matter of what really happened between en and ai and how that ties in
>What confuses me most is how was he able to be risus friend from school and be the cross eyes leader at the same time?
Why not? Kai didn't know Risu had any magical ability of value, so he had no reason to kill him. Aikawa was always a bit of a mystery, Risu didn't even know where he lived or what he did for money, just that he sometimes showed up to hang out.
What I meant was where does Kai losing his head against en tie in to the story. Ok my real question, did the original battle between en and Kai happen before or after he tried to take curse from risu.
I love those series that I can't stop downloading and stay up until 2 am reading, this is one of them so far. I hope it doesn't get shitty because it's easily my 10/10 right now.
The end is shit
No need to thanks me.
I thought this was a 10/10 manga, considering how long it was and that it was a shounen-
Well you can still learn french if you have the courage to do it.
Well you should because I have some shit taste manga too.
Speaking of Dorohedoro I need to catch up since it's ending soon I stopped at volume 15.
Thanks for reminding me I have to buy Variante's last volume.
Also yeah we get a lot of good stuff.
I just finished 131. When will we get the next issue?
No I did have the whole TinTin and Astérix collection in my young days but due to some family problem I lost them so I need to rebuy them again and with manga my budget is tight every month so it's hard.
France has almost all the recently good manga that get popular here on /a/ and in Japan but sometime we even have some strange shit licensed here that some of anon talk so if that get you motivated.
Shipping will be a bitch tought you are warned.
May just be me, but anything that can make me cry bitch tears more then 3 times is 10/10. Usually I'll just tear up, but goddamn. Plus, there are a lot of really powerful scenes that I've yet to see topped in any manga.
Really endearing. It's like reading an essay made by a schoolboy. It rings so true.
Fallait être plus rapide /a/non maintenant bon courage pour le trouver pas trop cher.
I'll admit it I'm not very fond of "Bande désinnée" I just read those when I was young because my father liked it and since now manga take most of my time I have no interest in reading some but maybe one day my taste will change.
I still haven't read a better manga than Fist of the North Star.
Evil is the highest form of moe.
I got tired of it. I don't even know why.
I won't complain too much, I found all the Azumanga for 20€ the other day, along with Abara and Blame Gakuen. And I already got the Biomega, so it's fine. Glénat said they might reprint it someday, so
I hope he doesn't kill Kaiman..
The backgrounds seem to have gotten less detailed in the last volumes.
Alright noted I'll check out next time I go in Paris to find some cheap manga.
Je te maudis en avance si j'aime parce que je suis plutôt bon public et tu va tuer mon porte-monnaie encore plus salopio.
It's a bit hard to explain because I didn't understand that much with all the symbolism and this author always do some strange shit but
Everything wasn't real,Soil didn't existed and you see a huge hole where Soil was at the end while you see Onodera being really really fat on a bed while she watch the news about the hole on a small tv.
So in the end you are left with more question than answer and you don't know if all of this existed or if it was fake.|/spoiler]
>strokes the shaft and swallows the gravy
>not best girl
Il est en rupture de stock dans tous les magasins de France quasiment,ca arrive souvent ici quand une série est pas trop populaire après pour le trouver c'est la misère et souvent quand tu le trouve il est hors de prix genre 40 euro et dès fois ca monte a 80.
The more important question - is this series any good? Translations never. Raws are out.
glorious battles with humor, this is my jam
>there are people who hate shin
I'm guessing a lot of people will disagree with me, but I really love Black Paradox. One of my favorite Junji Ito series and one of my favorite mangas.
Ah we don't have this one licensed here maybe in the future.
We have Wet Moon and Bambi licensed tought.
Prove me wrong? Seriously, any major gripes or issues for anyone that has read it?
It's kind of silly how for most of the manga we're told that Akehisa is the most badass school to ever exist, but once their arc is over, we're suddenly introduced to another delinquent school that's even more badass.
I don't believe it
What other school are you referring to? Really can't remember, but eitherway man, I mean one on side it just becomes like an urban legend you know, the feared Akehisa, thats why pic related was such a big deal so you can expect a lot of it were just the Akehisa studesnt exaggerating their school and rumors. You know, like a rapper saying he's the baddest dude around...
Same guy who did Goggles, his work really shines in longer form.
Easily one of the best delinquent manga out there, and my personal favorite
The part where main girl casually says she loves him was so refreshing. I wish more series could do that
Dorohedoro was getting so crazy that I decided to wait for it to end so that I could read it all in one sitting. Otherwise my memory wouldn't be good enough to remember all the shit that happened before.
Great manga though.
>turns around plan to destroy his friendship and reputation by being honest
>girl is honest right back at him
>plan backfires, fagtron2000 gets B T F O
I was laughing 110% of the time while i was reading it
I am still laughing right now
A batch of chapters was released just the other day. That flashback arc hrngh
Like Sakata says, revives are cheap.
An extra kurono is enough.
The MC has been living like he's in some happy-go-lucky fantasy. I feel that Nagi is necessary to ground the series in serious things.
This should be like, required reading
Hokunei weren't actually all that bad ass though. It was just the head being incredibly dangerous but it's not like he was Satoshi level or let alone final arc Sagara level.
The only reason they seemed real bad compared to Akehisa is because Sagara was gone and Satoshi was retired. Big fucking whoop.
If this counts then everything before the time skip of this series is 11/10.
I dropped it after Raoh arc. I'm convinced I didn't miss anything worthwhile. A 10/10 manga doesn't have half of the manga being not worthwhile.
It's good but it hasn't aged well since the tropes it created have been beaten into a bloody pulp at this point with every shounen manga.
yeah, volume 8 (odessa) is out in december
This transcends manga. This is a completely different animal. The feeling I get from reading this manga is comparable to the first time I heard Baba O'Riley or September by Earth, Wind, and Fire. I've shed some serious bitch tears from this story. The farmer must tend to his field...
This anon knows what's up. I don't think I'd put it as one of my favorites, but I don't have a single complaint about it, its done just right.
Excluding the art I'd say its a 10/10 alright.
Now that it's been scanned a few months ago, hopefully more people are able to check out A Drifting Life.
I dunno the first arc was kind of generic. Everything after that is fucking amazing however and the first arc setup the most amazing turn around moment.
