Yeah, no argument for the quality of the ANE encodes, just the script was a mixed bag solely due to the inconsistencies. The dialogue was also source from multiple spots cause gg didn't do all of it. I personally wasn't a fan of the font choice, but I wouldn't say it was a bad choice by any means.

Even if FLAC is a stupid, bloated audio format to use for BD releases of television shows. 30 gigs for a two episodes of a TV release isn't horrendously bad. Hell, the Zurako encodes of Horizon S1 and S2 are almost 40 gigs.

If you're archiving you would be a fool to take anything but lossless audio (for which FLAC is arguably the best choice)
If you don't get lossless audio then you'll never be able to transcode it without losing quality, meaning in the future if archaic lossy format x is not supported it will be far more annoying than an extra few dollars worth of storage space.

I tried to word it as to not blame them since it could be from the BDs, but from that comparison their colors are definitely fucked.

So, many anon's are wondering what [commie] releases are good, and what are "avoid at all costs" releases.

Step 1, go here:

Step 2, apply the basic consistent formula:
2a: If the Typesetter is Herkz, it is guaranteed to be shit. Avoid at all costs.
2b: If the Editor is either Xythar or Herkz, expect lame jokes that only retarded children would laugh at. Avoid at all costs.
2c: If the Editor is Sereft, expect the show to be randomly and permanently stalled at some point during the season. Avoid at all costs.
2d: If the "has aired" is over a week old, don't expect Commie to ever catch up. Switch to another groups release.

So as you can see, if you are careful, there are decent [Commie] releases waiting for you. You just have to know which ones to avoid.
