I know all the other heroes in Glass' world were reincarnation people by the final battle, but I can't recall if they were originally reincarnation people or if they had their weapons stolen from them. So the scythe hero seen in the Cal Mira island arc may be a reincarnation person OR he's later killed and replaced by a reincarnation hero. In which case, his female companion would be the female friend that Glass wanted to meet again, but had disappeared from the world (hinted to have gone to a different universe when Naofumi, with his god powers, couldn't sense her presence in the merged world).

Whip hero is just one of the reincarnation people. The whip was originally granted to him, perhaps because he may have still had the potential to be heroic (like Ren, Itsuki, and Motoyasu)? However, Melty corrupted him early on when she went abroad to study (lost her virginity to him, actually).

No, it's a fully alternate world. Itsuki's has psychic powers and Ren's has future tech. Motoyasu and Naofumi's worlds are parallel and not just alternate worlds that are similar to each other because they're pretty close to each other. Compared to Ren's, which was pretty far from Naofumi's world.

All the heroes would get a queen/king if they raised a phiroreal. However, Firo is stronger than the others because, as the first phiroreal queen Fitoria came upon who impressed her, Firo was designated as the successor. So on top of that blessing and the slave + demon tamer shield bonuses, Firo's the strongest phiroreal queen amongst Naofumi's forces.

Motoyasu completely unlocked the phiroreal series of spears so he's super great at raising phiroreal.
