How would TypeMoon characters deal with the dragons?

Touma would have no problems with typical magicians.
He might stand some chance against Servants, but only if he can dispel them and their Noble Phantasms, and somehow manages to survive their attacks thanks to precog. His chances are really small, though. He would have to constantly pull off the same shit as versus black wings Accel or even better.
Top tier martial artists like Kuzuki and muscle wizards like Kotomine would completely destroy Touma in few seconds.

However, if Touma gets his arm severed and goes full dragons, anyone will be in a deep shit, but it's a really conditional power, unless Touma starts to chop off his arm before every fight.

Conclusion: Touma wouldn't be able to finish any of F/SN routes.

Really far actually. Gàe Bolg reverse causality could technically outdo Accel's reflection. Unless Accel manages to somehow vector-ize cause and effect chain.

Even end-game Shirou is no match for Pendex or Ars Magna.
And Gae Bolg maybe seems to be broken as hell, fucking with causality and shit, yet for some reason Lancer didn't defeat every single opponent he faced and Shirou (or Archer) didn't trace Gae Bolg in every fight.
Also Raildex has some powers with absolute rules as well, like "always stronger than you", "always in position to successfully strike" and reality warpers, who control causality by the very definition of their power, so the result of the confrontation would depend completely on author's whims.

Touma can't have a servant because of IB and even if he somehow could, he wouldn't be able to supply it with prana or use command spells.

The problem with Gàe Bolg is that it gets nullified by high enough luck; and as most NPs, gets conceptually denied by its equal; AKA it won't work against Saber, Gil (who also has Gungnir, Gàe Bolg's prototype), Lancer, Caster, Herk would only lose a single life. The only time he faces Assassin it's convenient for him that Sasaki survives, and Archer never faces Rider.

Why wouldn't Tohno be able to? Ignoring his migraines, his physical capabilities is high as fuck. Ryougi simply has a better set of Mystic Eyes, but against a human being that advantage means little. I've only seen Index S1.

I doubt it, Pendex can easily spam spells on the same power tier as A-rank Noble Phantasms and Shirou wouldn't be able to sustain Rho Aias. Also Pendex can analyze and counter opponent's abilities with the knowledge from 103,000 grimoires. Touma was lucky that IB was too sekrit to be recognized and Pendex went with a good ol' classic giant laser.

He can, but he needs years of training to reach it (like Archer did when he was still alive). Shirou in during the 5th HGW can't.
