I changed proper names to western order.
I left senpai and kouhai as is, and sometimes sensei and honorifics as well. I figure people who don't know can just google it.

Scientific names: The original Japanese lists the order, family, genus, and species of newly introduced fish characters. Sometimes it also includes suborders, subfamilies, subgenera, and common names. If this takes up too much space in English, it would probably be fine to just put the genus and species, e.g. Himantolophus groenlandicus. Whatever you decide, make sure you italicize properly, or the scientific community will laugh at you! I generally tried to use the common name of a fish in normal dialog, if one exists. I tried to steer clear of localizing fish puns.
