His circuits aren't poor quality like some think, but they really can only do one thing, and that's "Make swords". In terms of doing other magic or focusing elsewhere that doesn't involve "Make swords" it's not the best, but they are the best at "make swords".

It wasn't a proper contract since he accidentally summoned her, using Iri's circle from Zero when she was healing by mistake.

On all accounts it was a strange summon, so they weren't actually connected like a master and servant should.

You're confused because pretty much every magus we see in this show is an atypical magus, like Rin or Shirou. Any normal magus would slap a sealing designation on him right there, or dissect him for personal gain

They had to introduce Kayneth into the series to show what real magus tend to be like here, since all we tend to see are atypical types. The Grail is stated to mostly pick heretical types, but no normal magus would allow something like Shirou to exist.

There's a part in Ataraxia where Shirou and Luvia are working together, and she's trying to keep his secret undercover from what I recall. Luvia is pretty much Rin, so she's a bit too kind as well, so she doesn't report him to the cops.

A reality marble is "Your world", other people can't use it, other people don't know how it works, because they are not you. If anyone could use a reality marble as long as you cut it out of the user and implant it into someone else you'd probably see it more often. If they cut part of it out and implanted it into a child, even if she was directly related to him there's still pretty much no chance she could use it.

It's not a blood related thing, it's the fact that she isn't him, it's not her world.

Been thinking of reading into Fate/SN Visual novel since i heard it presents alot more information and background for alot of things. I'm curious about something tough.

I read that it's also an eroge, i don't really care about that, but i know the idea is that sex or kissing is a way to tranfers out the equivalent of magic power between mages or servants? It kinda feels to me that was used as a excuse to add sex into the story, or does it actually make sense in the long run?

Also, after i'm done with it, should i read Fate zero? Or does the anime portray all that needs to be known about the 4th war?

Mana transfer is already a Type-Moon concept (Hisui & Kohaku are synchronizers of this type).

The recharge was to prevent Saber from vanishing completely and leaving both squshy humans vulnerable to Berserker. The Tribhle bad end shows you specifically that Saber STILL has not enough prana to kill a fly. Best she can manage is a paltry defense.

And the cluster of prana is really only good for one or two low-power Excaliblasts. Thus Saber getting her shit wrecked by Gil twice before using Avalon+Excalibur melee style to grant her an edge. It' also why Shirou has to blow his last Command Seal to have her kill the grail. She didn't have the MP remaining on her own.

It's written to make sense, if that's what you're asking. Depends how you view it from there. I'd advise against skipping the scenes since they often help develop the characters further, especially those in the last route.

As far as F/Z goes, either's fine. Ideally both. The adaption cuts a couple scenes from the LN, but of course it's also animated with pretty good production values. It's certainly an entertaining watch.

Rin was the one that had to make both sex rituals work. In her own case, she had to essentially write permissions for Shirou to access her soul's circulatory system, and outright stated that sex was the fastest way. Keep in mind the amount of time she poked and proded at Shirou's Artificial Phantasm in Heaven's Feel.

Realta Nua has voices, but it didn't have the sex scenes. Patches usually ask whether you want to keep them, and those scenes aren't voiced.

The Realta Nua was a PSP port that added voices, new CGs and new music, and removed the sex scenes. You can find versions of the patch for PC that keep all the new stuff it adds while leaving the sex scenes in, though naturally they aren't voiced.

It's not censored. There's no TLs for the alternate scenes to the ero, as far as I know. Just, you can have them auto-skip or something in some patches. A majority of the sex scenes are shoe-horned and probably the only one worth reading would be Saber's first scene (the threesome), and then perhaps Sakura's second and final (third) scenes. The others don't give any plot or character development at all, both of Rin's scenes in particular are pretty pointless, other than Tohsaka's_Anus and Jackhammer.jpg. You really don't miss anything by skipping them.
Also, personally, I think Saber's 2nd scene is completely retarded, mostly in its execution.

When it comes to servants they tend to think of the character first rather than the history at times. How can it work for them, rather than "Is it 100% accurate?". Although it was technically Urobuchi who said that one. If he wants to work a certain way, he'll get it to work that way. Like how Elizabeth in Extra is a virgin for plot reasons, so he just says "Well she was summoned at her peak, which was back when she was a virgin".

Everything he does has some reality or actuality to it, the servant history does have some basis for what he says no matter where he goes with it most of the time so it's "accurate", but he'll use it how he wants.
