yes. I wish there was more violence though, and better sex than bland-looking lolis in ecchi shows.

I like it when it's not gratuitous and exploitative.
There might be a little wiggle room there when it comes to the sex part, though.

Hell in the 90's almost all of the anime i watched had either sex or violence or a combo of it in there somewhere.
Off the top of my head some of the first shows i watched and some of my favorites were fucking rife with it.

Her death was pretty fucked up in the movie but since there wasn't much to her character you didn't care as much. Now her death in the graphic novel while not as gruesome was a lot sadder. Not to mention Tetsou's reaction to it, pretty much showing that he wasn't a complete monster and there was at least one person he really gave a shit about.
