Vanilla > Chitose > Mint > Milfie > Ranpha > Forte.
Forte and Ranpha are too good of friends to romance. They're routes aren't particularly strong either. I don't even know moonrunes but I can make out the bare minimum of shit going on. Main cast are a big part of the 1st and 3rd game of the second trilogy.
You make a choice at the beginning of the game who MC ended up with and their reunion scene were so nice.

I noticed, compared to Mint's route it wasn't nearly as tense because Forte is such a bro. I thought it was interesting how different she handled Chitose's arrival and how inconsequential Tact grabbing Lushati's hand in the Galaxy Park was though. Of course on the flip side, Mint had all the crazy mind reading business and that made an interesting story coupled with her jealousy.

I'm glad they still kept the original cast in the later games. Makes me want to play even more.

Eternal Lovers had a really sweet theme, I agree. However-

mfw the final battle in Moonlit Lovers, and all of a sudden the Angel Wing is singing Eternal Love. That was probably my favorite battle stage in the entire series.

I did, although because I focused only on the heroine's events when on her route I missed a bunch of scenes.
