How interesting, So the key might be to building a detailed Anime face then to match the body vs the other way around?

I'll have to look up some realistically drawn anime characters to see what elements works and what doesn't.
I'm not trying to recreate the character to look like the show exactly i just want to feel to be right so no disconnect from head to body.

You gotta fix those titties though. They don't say "nubile young woman" but rather "middle aged after 3 kids". You can make them look natural without making them ultra saggy. Lift them up and add in some perkyness by making them almost conical coming off the chest with just a little bit of sag. Google images of "banana tits" or smaller versions of "torpedo tits". The pornstar Caprice has some nice smaller but perky tits.

There isn´t.
Anime is it´s own beast of a 2D style, all translations to 3D generated 3D styles that are pretty much their own thing, and it´s NOT anime.
It´s not worthy to make a perfect 2D emulation because the 3D animation will make it look weird, especially if is hobbyist/hentai circle work. Pic related is much better for movie renders.

The character looks like it would be found in Daz3D but the render and materials and even the sculpt are very nice. Peridot is however worst gem. But you're right, we should be trying to create great 3D, not emulated 2D unless it would be cheaper to do so with the same quality.
